  • There are a variety of free meditations on www.soundstrue.com that I like a lot — and who can beat free?
  • Or try meditations from Deepak Chopra, Kala Ambrose or Ken Werner (jazz musician).
  • Taking a “time-out” from stressful situations by taking a quick walk or watching a movie can help keep you on a positive path and help eliminate stressful thinking. It is a type of meditation, I say!
  • Try a smiling meditation!
  • Or Laughter Yoga! (Yes, there is such a thing – google it!)
