Be sure to answer every single question and be as thorough as possible in your responses to help Cari identify whether you are an appropriate candidate for the Programs.
Once you have completed the application, you will be automatically directed to a page to upload your photo and send Cari a sample of your music via mp3. – You must provide both of these items or your Application will not be considered.
